These Terms and Conditions govern the Island Pond Harbor meeting-scheduling and appointment-reminder program provided by Island Pond Group, LLC (“Island Pond Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling a meeting or opting into appointment-related text messages, you agree to these terms.
Program description
The program provides meeting confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices for meetings you request through the Island Pond Harbor scheduler. If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box, you may receive up to three appointment-related text messages for that meeting. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS help and opt-out
Reply HELP for help or contact meetings@islandpondgroup.com. Reply STOP to opt out of appointment-related text messages. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation that no further messages will be sent for that program unless you later provide new consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel a meeting; contact us if you need to change or cancel it.
Meeting scheduling
Meeting availability is subject to the selected team member’s calendar and the scheduler’s booking rules. A meeting is not confirmed until the scheduler displays a confirmation and provides the meeting details. Please review the date, time, time zone, and meeting link carefully.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your mobile provider, device, coverage, or network conditions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the scheduler after an update means you accept the updated terms.
