Island Pond Group, LLC (“Island Pond Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Island Pond Harbor meeting-scheduling service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle information submitted when you schedule a meeting.
Information we collect
When you schedule a meeting, we may collect your name, company, email address, mobile phone number, meeting topic, notes, selected date and time, time zone, assigned team member, and meeting links or calendar details needed to arrange the meeting. We may also receive technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to schedule and manage your meeting, create the related calendar and video-conference details, send confirmation and appointment reminders you requested, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and operate and improve the service.
SMS communications
If you separately check the SMS consent box during scheduling, Island Pond Group may send up to three appointment-related text messages for that scheduled meeting, such as a reminder, reschedule notice, or cancellation notice. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us provide the meeting, calendar, messaging, email, hosting, security, and support functions, subject to appropriate use restrictions.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of appointment-related texts by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. You may also contact us at meetings@islandpondgroup.com about your information or a scheduled meeting.
